What should you do if your tool fails?
We will exchange the tool by our delivery free of charge and provide you with similar equipment to replace the faulty one. You can exchange the tool yourself at any construction center in your city.
You can claim a free replacement within 24 hours of receiving the equipment.
What happens to the deposit if the tool is defective?
In the vast majority of situations, we are sympathetic to breakdowns that occur during the work process, taking the main risks on ourselves. Compensation will be needed if parts are lost or if the tool has severe mechanical damage. If your deposit is still delayed, we will contact you and make a decision on its release within the next day.
